eSupport System for eServices of ICAR

ICAR-Data Center is providing support for email services, hosting of web applications/websites, e-Office, ICAR-ERP, Agricultural Research Management System, Foreign Visit Management System, Personnel Management System, eHRMS, SPARROW, super computing facility, etc. This is a centralized help desk in the form of web application which address the issues and concerns related to use of ICAR-web application services. In order to use this you have to follow:

1. Sign-in using xyz.ab as userName of your email address

2. To create a new ticket user has to select a relevant system.

3. Define the problem in the title, specific issues, add attachment to the relevant document with phone number.

All ICAR personnel are requested to raise to their issues/queries/concerns. To utilize the service user need to follow the above steps. User can track the progress of the ticket using ticket number.
